When will my package be shipped?

Every effort will be made to ship packages the day orders are placed or the following business day, if the order was placed on a weekend or holiday.

Please allow up to 48 hours for packing and shipping during high volume sales and events.

Orders placed after 3pm CST will be shipped the following business day.

When will I receive my package?

Email and text notifications will be sent when orders are shipped or available for in-office pick-up. Method of contact is based on your notification settings.

Packages are shipped via UPS and will arrive 3 to 5 business days after the package is shipped. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee at checkout.

For in-office pick-up, please allow up to 48 hours for processing and packing.

Can I return or exchange my products?

Due to manufacturer regulations on medical-grade products, Renew Wellness & Aesthetics cannot accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
